Interwood is a 440-acre, master-planned commercial business park with well-conceived architectural covenants which preserve the park’s natural aesthetics and enhance value for future owners and users.  Its strategic position at Sam Houston Parkway and JFK Boulevard is less than five miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Interstate 45 and US 69, and situated within a designated Qualified Opportunity Zone.
