Pinto Business Park (“Pinto”) is the largest deed-restricted industrial business park in Houston, covering over 970 acres and strategically located in the heart of the North submarket. Located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and Sam Houston Parkway, with 11 points of ingress/egress and multiple interior thoroughfares throughout, Pinto has excellent accessibility along one of Houston’s most important trade routes with close proximity to Houston’s growing population base in all directions. This project completed sale in October 2023.

Benefitting from an efficient site layout and offsite regional detention, this project achieves an exceptional building coverage ratio of 38% with an array of first-class, modern amenities typically associated with buildings several times the scale. Thoughtfully-designed, this building enables a single-tenant occupier the ability to fence, secure and brand the premises to meet its specific business needs.
