Lee & Associates has announced the sale of a 62,255-square-foot industrial property within Pinto Business Park in Houston, Texas. The building was developed by Gauge Real Estate Partners and was purchased by Interglass Corp, a wholesale-glass distribution company headquartered in Florida. Robert McGee and Austin Bartula with Lee & Associates represented the seller.
