Houston Real Estate Duo Form Adaptive-Reuse Development Company

Adaptive reuse will be the main focus of a new development firm launching in Houston by local real estate veterans Jeff Pate and Brian Attaway. The two broke off from their former real estate companies to launch Gauge Partners, a development company focused on the adaptive reuse of mixed-use, retail, office and last-mile e-commerce properties.
