Gauge was selected to manage its first core & shell assignment in developing the new 45,000 square-foot headquarters for Children’s Safe Harbor (“CSH”) in Conroe, Texas. CSH is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping child victims and their families heal from the trauma associated with abuse. Critical to CSH is the Multidisciplinary Team Approach, which brings a variety of different agencies and resources under one roof to support this process. This team consists of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, law enforcement agencies, prosecution, medical and mental health providers, juvenile probation services, victim advocates and CSH staff.
