Located in the heart of Midland’s CBD, Weaver upgraded its existing space within Independence Tower. Working with Corgan and Hansen Construction, the team integrated many of the same design elements from prior Weaver projects while utilizing a large portion of the existing improvements. Gauge also seamlessly managed the relocation and full-scale integration of Weaver’s workforce to temporary offices during the 5-month construction process.
