Located in the heart of Midland’s CBD, Weaver upgraded their existing space within Independence Tower. Working with Corgan and Hansen Construction, the team integrated many of the same design elements from prior Weaver projects while utilizing a large portion of the existing improvements.
Notable challenges overcome with the help of Gauge’s leadership included:
(1) maintaining continuity for Weaver’s workforce during the 5-month renovation by successfully relocating and integrating the company into a suitable temporary co-working environment, and
(2) navigating a variety of unforeseen conditions throughout the project requiring extensive communication amongst the team, consistent collaboration with the landlord and a nimble, responsive approach to problem-solving.
