Fort Worth Office Build-out

Weaver FW 3

Client: Weaver

Size: 35,948 RSF

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Completion Date: December 2022

Design Team: Architect – Corgan
MEP Engineer – Jordan & Skala Engineers
Structural Engineer – L.A. Fuess Partners

General Contractor: Pacific Builders

Gauge’s third assignment for Weaver led to a high-profile redevelopment within the trendy West Seventh district where Weaver acquired the primary naming rights to this modern, boutique office building.  One West 7th is positioned as the central office destination within a vibrant, walkable mixed-use environment surrounded by quality dining and specialty retail, unique entertainment venues, and high-end residential.

Gauge circumvented several important challenges throughout the project. Two notable examples included :
(1) relocating Weaver to temporary workspace within the same building during completion of the 6-month renovation, and
(2) constructing a new internal stairwell which required removing portions of the building envelope and lifting in new structural steel from outside the building.
