In 2025, working closely alongside Howard Hughes Corporation in our second collaboration together, Gauge represented Weaver with its office expansion at One Hughes Landing. Shortly after completing the first project of 11,087 square feet in November 2023, Weaver opted for a full-floor expansion totaling 25,868 square feet. Gauge led the same design and construction teams on both successful initiatives.
